Stretch Exercises

There are three stretch exercises that will probably help you solve your height problem. Try to do at least 4 or 5 repetitions, each one for about 15 seconds.

The Leg Stretch

For this exercise, you need to sit down on the floor and spread your legs wide apart. Keep them straight, with your toes pointing up. With your left hand, try to reach your left leg toe, and with your right hand, right leg toe. If you can’t reach your toes, start doing this exercise by reaching your hands as far as you can. After touching your toes, slowly get back in the starting position. The important part is to keep your back straight, and do not arch the back bone.

The Bow Down

Stand up, with your hands on your hips. Slowly try to bow forward as much as you can. Try not to touch your chest with your chin. If you want to do this exercise properly, it is important to keep your legs straight and not to bend your knees.

The Yawn

This exercise looks like stretching in your bed in the morning. Actually, it is almost the same. You need to stand straight with your hands behind your neck and try to look upward and back as far as you can.
