Some vegetables have a little carbohydrate in them but are still acceptable such as cucumbers, celery and radish. It is your choice if you eat raw or make a juice in your blender. You can make a combination of fruit and vegetable in your juicing process, fruits to use are berries, apples and pears, cherries, grapefruit, apricots, peaches and figs.
