Eating breakfast is important for your health and helpful if you are trying to lose weight. The first meal of the day shouldn’t be neglected or just swallowed. Take some time in the morning, no matter how in a hurry you are and eat more than a bowl of cereals and coffee.

Here are some healthy breakfast recipes organized by the preparation time.

On the Run

Slice an apple, squeeze some peanut butter onto the slices and eat them like that. While on the go, eat a bran Vita muffin and some fat-free milk. Vita muffins have all the important vitamins, in daily doses. They contain vitamin A, B6, B12, C and D. Peanut butter is known to help to burn more energy.

Toast Omelet

You will need one egg, ¾ cup of frozen, defrosted spinach, 1 slice of dices Canadian bacon. Mix the ingredients with a fork, a put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Toast 2 slices of whole grain bread, spread some almond butter onto. Drink a cup of grape juice.

Peanut Butter and Banana Wraps
