TOASTED EGG SMILES
In order to prepare this easy egg-based breakfast, you willneed: a non-stick pan, a slice of bread and cheese, an egg, a little bit ofbutter and some milk. First take the bread slice and carve out two circles foreyes, and one longer, curved line for mouth. Then butter one side of the breadand place it in the warm frying pan butter-side down. While this warms up, scramblethe egg and milk and then pour it across the bread. Then flip it over in orderto fry the other side too and just before you finish, put a little strip ofcheese above the “eyes” and let it melt so your smiley face would have some“hair”.
CHEESY SCRAMBLED EGGS
This fairly easy recipe requires 3 eggs, ¼ cup of cheddarcheese, ¼ cup of milk and just a dash of pepper. What you need to do is mix allingredients together in a bowl and whisk them while the frying pan heats up.Pour the mix into the pan and stir around until every part of the mix is nolonger runny. Some vegetables or turkey meat would also go great with thismeal.
GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES
In order to make 2 sandwiches, you will need 4 slices ofbread and you should butter them all. Once the frying pan has warmed up, puttwo slices of bread butter-side down, top them with a couple of slices ofcheese and then top that with the remaining two slices of bread, this timebutter-side up. Once you feel that side is done, flip the sandwiches. In orderto make these sandwiches healthier, you can always add some vegetables orturkey or chicken meat next to the cheese.
FARMER’S BREAKFAST
This meal is perfect for any time of day, be it breakfast,lunch or dinner. First you peel 3 medium sized potatoes and grate them into abowl. While you’re doing this, you can put ¼ cup of butter into a frying panand let it heat and once it is melted, add the grated potatoes and let themcook for about 8 or 10 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, mix 6 eggs with2 tablespoons of milk and pour across the potatoes once they are done. Thenalso add 1 cup of chopped ham, add some salt and pepper, and in the end, sprinklewith a little bit of grated cheese.
