High energy food enables you to stay fresh throughout the day and can give you enough energy for completing all your daily tasks. These high energy foods are eggs, beans, meat, fruits and veggies, nuts, etc. Still, junk food, chocolate, sodas and other foods full of sugar will give you enough energy, but this energy will not last for the entire day.
