Healthy High Energy Foods
High energy food enables you to stay fresh throughout the day and can give you enough energy for completing all your daily tasks. These high energy foods are eggs, beans, meat, fruits and veggies, nuts, etc. Still, junk food, chocolate, sodas and other foods full of sugar will give you enough energy, but this energy will not last for the entire day. Beneficial high energy nourishments are nourishments that are rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates, and at the same time they contain small amounts of sugar, fats and cholesterol.
Oatmeal

Furthermore, they are outstanding sources of essential complex carbohydrates and therefore are a great source of energy for the body. They absorb the bad cholesterol in the body and help to keep a healthy cholesterol level.
