Those who contain complex carbohydrates include skimmed milk, chocolate milk, low fat yogurt and non fat milk. Muesli contains oat flakes but they are often accompanied with peeled sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, dried fruits, corn flakes and wheat grain. When it gets mixed with fruit juice or milk it can be considered as an amazing source of complex carbohydrates. Whole grains are all excellent sources of dietary fiber and they also prevent numerous different types of serious medical conditions.  Brown bread is another great source of complex carbohydrates and it also reduces one’s appetite and reduces the levels of sugar in the blood. Various types of pasta are also considered to be one of the best known sources of complex carbohydrates. Yams can also be combined with various flavorings, spices and herbs in order to prepare a meal full of complex carbohydrates.
