Fat Free Chocolate Cup cakes

This recipe will make twelve cup cakes. You will need one and a half cups of an all purpose flour, three quarters of a cup of white sugar or you can use a substitute sugar, quarter of a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, one tea spoon of baking powder, half a tea spoon of salt, half a tea spoon of baking soda, half a cup of skimmed milk, four egg whites and one tea spoon of vanilla extract. Now, you can pre heat the oven to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Next you can mix the dry and the wet ingredients together and line a muffin tin with the cup cake papers. You can fill each of the muffin holders so they are two thirds full and they can be baked for just less than twenty minutes.

Low Fat Vanilla Cupcakes

This recipe will make twelve cup cakes. You will need two cups of white flour, one cup of white sugar or a sugar substitute, one tea spoon of baking powder and half a tea spoon of baking soda, half a tea spoon of salt, half a cup of skimmed milk, quarter a cup of vegetable oil, quarter a cup of unsweetened applesauce, one egg, two whites of eggs and one tea spoon of vanilla extract. You will need to pre heat the oven to three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You can mix the ingredients together and as the recipe above line your muffin tin with muffin holders. You can fill them up with the mixture to two thirds of the way full and bake for twenty five minutes.

Low Fat Lemon Cupcakes

This recipe will make twelve cup cakes.  You will need one and three quarter cups of white flour, one tea spoon of baking soda, half a tea spoon of baking powder, half a tea spoon of salt, half a cup of unsweetened applesauce, half a cup of white sugar or a sugar substitute, one table spoon of vegetable oil, one egg, one cup of fat-free sour cream and half a lemon the juice and the zest. You need to pre heat the oven to three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all of the dry ingredients together rand put to one side. Whisk the applesauce, oil, and the sugar. Then you can add the egg and beat it well, the lemon zest and juice can now be put in as well. The flour and the sour cream can be added alternately and stirred. It can be baked for twenty five minutes.
