Treatment

While lying on your back on the floor, push up with your back to the ceiling and this will relax and stretch your back muscles. Remember to do from 5 to 10 repetitions and they should be done very slowly. Next exercise is done while on the ground, left leg is at the calf and hands are interlaced. Next, the left leg should be pulled towards the knees and once in this position, you should remain from 5 to 10 seconds. The same should be done with the right leg as well.

The pelvic tilt is done while standing against the wall, with the feet little apart and straight back. Then, while rotating the pelvis, move backwards and stop once you reach the wall with your lower back. Remain in this position for 30 seconds, return to the starting position and do the same again. The superman exercise will make the sore lower back muscles strong and it is easy to do. Just lie down on your stomach, spread your arms and then raise one arm. Stay in this position for five seconds and do the same with the other arm. Do this 10 times.
