Cellulite
Cellulite can be developed due to poor diet, inadequate amount of physicalactivity and genetic disposition. Those who would like to have good figure, as well as those who already have good figure, are dreaded by cellulite and are always trying to conceal itin some way. Some think that removal of cellulite is difficult, but we thingthat this is not true. There are certain exercises that will surely help inthe removal of this nuisance. In the following lines, we will talk about the exercisesthat will help you in reaching the figure you have always wanted, andcellulite free, of course.
Exercises
The first exercise we will give you is done while lying on the side. Then pullknees forward and make a right angle after which comes unfolding and extensionof the top of the leg. Top leg needs to be above the ground, then remain inthis position for 2 or 3 seconds and lower the leg to the ground. Do thiswhenever you can, we advise in the morning.Next exercise is done while standing. Put the left leg in front and thigh in parallel position. Remain in this comfortable position for aminute and do the same with the other leg. In the beginning, do from 10 to 15repetitions, and gradually increase to 25 or 30.The third exercise is done while lyingon the knees and elbows with the leg toes touching the floor. Left leg, whichhas to be straight, needs to be lifted as much as you can and in this positionyou have to remain for 2 or 3 seconds, after which you lower it to the ground.Do from 10 to 15 repetitions and do not forget the other leg.Next exercise isdone standing with feet slightly apart. Bend your body with knees andonce you are in lowest position stay like this for several seconds, returning to the starting position afterward. Do this from 20 to 30 repetitions and it willmake your hips and thighs toned.For the next exercise you will need a step 12to 14 inches high. Place it in front of you and then step on it with your leftleg and return to the ground with the right leg. Do the same with other wayaround. Start with 10 to 12 repetitions, but gradually increase the number until you reachcomfortable 45 to 50. This is maybe the most efficient of mentioned exercises.
