Firstly you will need to put the oats into a bowl as well as the dried fruit and the chopped hazelnuts and they can all be mixed well together. Now the honey can be poured into a saucepan and heated up with the vegetable oil, peanut butter and vanilla essence and this can be softly brought to the boil. At this point the hot honey can be poured into the oats mixture and mixed together. The combination can now be put into a baking tray which has been lined with foil.
