Non-organic dairy products are also on the list of estrogenic foods so they need to be avoided as much as possible. This is mainly due to their high content of estrogen and prolactin, which are known for messing with the functioning of the thyroid gland and reducing the amount of testosterone. Alcoholic beverages also need to be avoided as much as possible. Sugar and yeast are also highly harmful, because they are known for causing an imbalance of progesterone and estrogen. Nonorganic meat and all different types of soy products should also be avoided as much as possible.
