Recipe for raw chocolate bars
Chocolate is probably the most favorite food of many people all ages and all over the world. It is not just tasty and delicious, but also loaded with important nutrients providing various fantastic health benefits. However, processed chocolate, that is widely available in our grocery stores, comes with all the added sugars and milk fat. Recently, more and more consumers are seeking healthier alternatives to processed chocolate, and the new raw chocolate products are emerging as a perfect alternative. The raw chocolate is made only with wholesome ingredients, and it does not contain any refined sugars, animal products or artificial sweeteners. The raw chocolate contains only natural ingredients in perfectly healthy proportion.

Benefits of raw chocolate

The most important benefit of raw chocolate is that it actually tastes much better than the processed chocolate. This might be hard to believe, but in production of raw chocolate are used only un-roasted cacao beans. This provides even more nutrition to raw chocolate bars and more intense cacao flavor. Un-roasted cocoa is an excellent source of magnesium, which is the most deficient mineral in the western world. Magnesium is important for a healthy heart and assists in the production of energy for the neurons in the brain from glucose. Raw chocolate is also rich in chromium, which promotes pancreatic health and regulates blood sugar. Raw chocolate recipes

One can easily make its own organic raw chocolate at home, following a simple recipe and using a couple of available products from the market: raw cacao butter, powder and other cacao products. One can substitute raw coconut butter for raw cacao butter in any of the recipes.

To make simple raw chocolate cubes, one should obtain 1/2 cup of raw cacao nibs, 2 cups of raw cacao butter, 1/4 cup of raw carob powder, 1 dessert-spoon of Pure Synergy, 1/4 cup of raw agave nectar, 1 teaspoon of Blue Manna powder, 1 teaspoon of maca, 2 dessertspoons of coconut oil and 1/2 cup of cashew nuts.

To prepare this raw chocolate delicacy, simply grind the cacao nibs and cashew nuts into a fine powder. Grate the mixture with cacao butter and add to a bowl. In another bowl pour a bit of warm water and sit the bowel with the butter into this bowl, while it becomes softer. When the butter is molten add other ingredients, stir the mixture and pour into moulds.
