Cabbage, celery, pears and grated ginger rootneed to be blended in a blender with some water. Fruit juice needs to be mixed in with grated ginger andgarlic in a blender. Later on the acidophilus and the cold pressed flax oilneed to be added. The juice can be served with a dash of cayenne pepper.
