This way the person can still taste the mayonnaise in the sandwich, but its amount is only half of what it normally is, and therefore, the sandwich is much healthier.
Another sandwich filling that can be replaced with a healthier choice is cheese. This means switching cheddar cheese with gout cheese. It might take some getting used to, but after that all cheese lovers will undoubtedly adapt to this cheese flavor as well.
