A nice low fat snack that is also very filling is jelly spread on a rice cake.

Whole wheat English muffins are a lot better for people than white bread or bagels. They contain minerals, iron and fiber and with some peanut butter on top, a snack with tons of protein is easily created.

Another bread alternative is eating the healthy and delicious zucchini bread. Just spread some tasty light cream cheese on the bread and make a healthy and tasty snack in seconds.
