You probably think that the healthy snack can not be tasty as well, but there you are wrong; we will how you some recipe for healthy snack that are both fun and tasty. These healthy snack that we recommend are low in calories too, but if you are on some kind of very strict diet, maybe you should then skip these ones..

Basic Smoothie

Ingredients needed for this snack are 2 peaches, 1 quart of strawberries, 2 cups of ice, 1 cup of orange or peach juice and one banana cut to pieces. To prepare this smoothie put in the blender peaches, banana and strawberries, and blend it to your licking.

Apple Chips recipe

For good apple chips use four tiny sliced apples, two tablespoons of sugar, and one tablespoon of ground cinnamon. In order to prepare chips as crispy as possible, you should slice them as thin as you can. Than you turn on the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and in the meantime start to prepare apples. Take the bowl and mix well sugar and cinnamon, and then add apple slices to that mixture. Make sure that both sides of apple slices are well coated in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon. After that pour the apples on the baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake until apples are light brown.

Healthy Vegetable Dip

For this dip you will need ¼ of teaspoon of lemon pepper, ½ cup of snow peas, ½ cup of chopped baby carrots and ½ cup of low fat cottage cheese. Mix and stir well lemon pepper and cottage cheese, than add carrots and peas to the mixture and your healthy and tasty dip is ready.

Healthy Egg Recipe

For this snack you will need 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, a dash of black pepper, ground nutmeg, ½ teaspoon of dried parsley, 6 hard cooked eggs, 2 tablespoons of low fat or fat free mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped red pepper and ¼ cup of finely chopped crabs. Cut the eggs into half and remove the yolks, and throw away three of these yolks. Mash the rest of the yolks with fork, and then add green onion, mayonnaise, crabs, red pepper, mustard, parsley and nutmeg and blend well all together. Put the mixture into egg halves and add a pepper for taste.
