Stopping smoking is no an easy task, but it has to be done because it harms not only the smoker, but also people close to him or her, and usually, those are family members and friends. The final step includes repeating suggestive phrases, which is the most important phase because a person has to be persuasive and to believe in what is said.

There is no side effects, the therapy might or might not work and that is it. Still, even if it does not work at first, that does not mean that a person should stop doing this.

There are herbs, patches, medications, group and individual sessions; all of these should be used when dealing with smoking. Smoking is a devastating habit, maybe even more than some other addictions, because it can also damage the health of other people and that must not be allowed. That is why there is a strong anti-campaign that takes place in many corners in the world. It teaches people why it is important to quit smoking and also how to do it.
