Salt and pepper can be added as well. After washing the potato, a person should place it into a microwave for no more than 5 minutes. After that, the potato should be peeled and placed in a bowl. A fork should be used for the crushing of the potato and then a person should add mayonnaise. The mixture should be nicely blended. Before blending it again, a person should add olive oil. After that, pepper and salt can be added.

Apart from eating it with cornbread, a person can also consume some raw vegetables with it. Taramasalata contains only 1% cholesterol. Homemade wine

Lots of people enjoy a nice glass of wine. A person can make his or her own wine with no cholesterol but rich in protein and carbohydrate. ¼ ounce of active dry yeast, four cups of sugar and 12 ounces of frozen juice concentrate are all the ingredients a person needs in order to make wine. Apart from these, a person can add a flavor to his or her liking but not citrus. These ingredients should be placed in a gallon jug and then three and a half quarts of cold water should be added. The jug should be shaken quite often. In the end, a person should put a rinsed balloon with small needled hole on top of the jug. After six week the wine should be ready.
