Air popped popcorn without any butter is the healthiest way to go because each serving of 24 grams of air popped popcorn contains only 93 calories, 0.2 grams of sugar, 1.1 grams of fat, 3.1 grams of protein, 0.1 grams of saturated fats, 3.5 grams of dietary fiber, 0.3 grams of monounsaturated fats and 0.5 grams of polyunsaturated fats.
