Physical activity and exercise are also very important. Exercise increases the blood flow so the blood carries more oxygen and nutrients to the skin. In addition, there are facial exercises that tighten the muscles underneath the skin and prevent wrinkles.

As for the elimination and reduction of wrinkles, once they appear, there are several treatment options, like laser surgery and chemical peels. Those, however, are usually quite expensive, and it is better to just take proper care of the skin and prevent wrinkles than to spend a lot of money on painful, invasive and costly treatments.
