There is a powerful mixture which includes water,salt, cumin, fennel, coriander, aniseeds, black pepper, dried mint leaves andginger powder. This mixture should be taken twice per day. A teaspoon ofaniseed dissolved in a cup of hot water should be left overnight, and the watershould be strained in the morning. Once this is done, a teaspoon of honeyshould be added, and the mixture should be taken three times per day. It canalso be helpful for all those who suffer from gas. Apple cider vinegar mixedwith water can also be very helpful for all those who suffer from acidity andall similar sensations.
