The brain has control over our entire body and even minimal dysfunction reflects on the body in whole leading to certain problems. Exposure to certain metals, pesticides, carpet cleaners and carbon monoxide may also induce brain fog. The symptoms may additionally occur due to excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields.

One can improve symptom and also prevent their occurrence if he /she drinks sufficient amount of water during day, eats healthy food rich in vitamins and minerals, and consumes lot of green leafy vegetables such as spinach. Food rich in omega-3 fatty acids or supplements of omega-3 fatty acids are essential in maintaining of the proper brain functions.
