Information on Bok Choy

Bok choy is an integral part of the traditional Chinesecuisine and it is an excellent source of numerous different types of nutrients.It also sometimes referred to as the Chinese cabbage and it is actually a leafyvegetable. The same serving of 70 grams of raw shredded bok choy contains3128 International Units of vitamin A, 0.56 milligrams of iron, 31.5 milligramsof vitamin C, 13 milligrams of magnesium, 0.028 milligrams of vitamin B1, 26milligrams of phosphorus, 0.049 milligrams of vitamin B2, 176 milligrams ofpotassium, 0.0350 milligrams of vitamin B3, 74 milligrams of calcium, 0.06milligrams of vitamin E, 25.1 micrograms of vitamin K and 46 micrograms offolate.
