The same serving of 70 grams of raw shredded bok choy contains3128 International Units of vitamin A, 0.56 milligrams of iron, 31.5 milligramsof vitamin C, 13 milligrams of magnesium, 0.028 milligrams of vitamin B1, 26milligrams of phosphorus, 0.049 milligrams of vitamin B2, 176 milligrams ofpotassium, 0.0350 milligrams of vitamin B3, 74 milligrams of calcium, 0.06milligrams of vitamin E, 25.1 micrograms of vitamin K and 46 micrograms offolate.
