Also, you need proteins. Those who donot prefer meat can add cottage cheese or eggs to their saladcombinations. Carnivores, on the other hand, may consider addingchicken, tuna or some other lean meat.
Finally, for the dressing, you need togo light. Mix extra virgin olive oil with flavored vinegar,grape-seed oil, choosing an additional seasoning packet you prefer. Nuts, seeds and other such types of food can work excellentas a dessert or an addition to your salads.
