Health today is completely misunderstood. Seeing thebodybuilders, anorectic models, commercials for all sorts of supplements,people start to ask themselves if they will ever look normal. And what isnormal today? Chasing perfect six pacs, or trying to enter the latest fashiongarment, which looks like it is for little girls and not adult women, is thisthe result of being healthy today?

When we say healthy, it must not have anythingto do with the looks. Looks are and have always been deceiving and assuch, should be put aside when in a search for health. Having a big body doesnot necessarily mean it is all fat. And in most cases, it is not. Just a fewdays, a week of long and strenuous walks (nothing more, just walks) will dowonders when it comes to inches lost, especially for legs. It shows there is alot of excessive water in the organism, which is held there with the help ofexcessive salt (for example).

This also means that slight changes in meals can induce agreat positive effect for the overall weight and health. Of course, this is allso much easier with the help of some natural supplements. We do not think offat burners, which are commonly used by bodybuilders, along with muscle massgainers, energy boosters, and vitamin cocktails etc., we think of herbs, becausethere is nothing healthier and more natural than that. And, fortunately, thereare literally hundreds and hundreds of herbs and fruits that can be so helpfulfor a human organism.

Gooseberry

One of those is Indian gooseberry fruit. Its maincharacteristic is the huge amount of vitamin C it contains, and that issomething that can be very helpful for those that suffer from diabetes. VitaminC in a combination with gourd juice will stimulate pancreas to create insulin,hormone that is essential for diabetics. This fruit is also excellent for someother disorders, including those that involve problems with heart, eye,rheumatism, intestinal system etc. Even the quality of hair can be increasedwith gooseberry fruit.

This is just one of so many fruits and herbs that should beused for increasing the healthy state of the organism. But there should be somecaution present. Simply taking all the good things and using those is nothighly recommendable. It is said that too much of some medicine makes thatmedicine dangerous for the organism. Even though herbs and fruits are much morenatural and safer, consultation should take place before starting any kind ofherbal, or fruit therapy.
