The NLP coach will start by getting very clear on exactly what it is that you want to achieve (for example, be a better fighter), and then they focus on practical ways of achieving that. The changes may also involve learning a new skill, or refining an existing one; it may be used for modifying your thinking or beliefs about yourself and your capabilities. For example, if you think that you are not capable of mastering some technique, your body will make that belief a reality.
