Hot flashes and night sweats - menopause

Hot flashes and night sweats are one of the most unpleasant symptoms of menopause. Doctors think that the lack of estrogen is responsible, but estrogen replacement therapy can only stop the hot flashes and night sweats temporarily, it can not cure it.
