Introduction

So, it is best to balance the training carefully, so that the level of the used carbohydrates and fat would be the same. This actually means that the less intensive exercises should be alternated with the ones which require a lot more effort.
It is also important to know that, although the greater amounts of the total calories are spend when training intensively, more fat is spent when doing somewhat milder exercises. So, consequently, if someone is really focused on just losing the fat, he or she will get almost the same effect when walking fast and running, for example.
When it comes to lifting the weights, it is advisable to include such the sessions into the fat burning plan because the more muscles are developed; it is easier for them to spend the energy from the fat. Of course, the organism must be refuelled after such a workout. That is, the muscular tissue must be replenished with enough proteins after the training.
Anyway, besides the piling up of the muscular tissue, the workout with weights is very healthy and useful for preventing the gaining of the weight in the near future, which is one of the most common problems of all the dietary and fitness regimes. So, building the muscles, in fact, helps in being slim for a longer period of time.
And, finally, the third point that should be emphasized is that the expenditure of the fats begins right after the sugar is spent and that is the reason to work harder at the gym.
