Prevention
Elimination of the problem is always harder than the prevention, so you can smell the essential oils before you get on the bus or any other vehicle. One hour before the trip take the peppermint and sniff it and this will make you feel so much better and help you avoid those unpleasant feelings in the stomach. You will totally forget that you have a problem with motion sickness. People may experience motion sickness on the road, but on the water as well. So if you experience motion sickness while on the boat, you can also use peppermint before the ride and prevent the discomfort. Constipation, stomach upset, indigestion and other problems can be prevented or treated with the use of peppermint and these conditions do not have to be caused by motion sickness. How to use it?
Use a tissue or a personal inhaler and put few drops of the oil in it, and for 30 to 60 minutes prior to the trip, inhale this oil. Also, during the trip, you can inhale it for 15 to 30 minutes if the sickness does appear. The digestive system can suffer problems such as loose motion, diarrhea and constipation, and they can be cured with the basil and coriander oil. Remember never to buy cheap and duplicate oil, but only the original because they are much more efficient. The use of drugs has a very important flaw and that is the effectiveness, which can sometimes be so low that it does not even help, or it can be extremely high and cause damage to our body. But these oils are natural and cannot produce any side effects.
