Just make sure to avoid baked potatoes. The fourth day is when you should consume milk with the cream removed, plus bananas. The person is allowed to consume three bananas, but there is no restriction when it comes to the amount of milk. The dinner can consist of soup.
Day five of the sacred heart diet is reserved for beef and tomato. In case you are not a fan of beef, you can have more tomatoes. In addition, eat soup at least once during this day.
