Only, you must not eat the baked potato.On the fourth day of the diet you can drink skimmed milk, eat bananas and cabbage soup as much as you like.On the fifth day of the diet you are allowed to eat meat. You can eat beef, chicken and fish (300-500g) and six fresh tomatoes or a large tin of tomatoes.On the sixth day of your diet you can eat beef steaks, 2 or 3 pieces. With the beef steaks, eat salad or fresh vegetables. You may not eat a baked potato. You may eat cabbage soup once or more.The last day of your diet (day seven) you have to eat brown rice and fresh vegetables. Drink unsweetened juice. And cabbage soup you need to eat at least once. Also, you can eat cabbage soup as much as you want.
It is possible with the cabbage soup diet to loose 10 to 20 pounds in one week. It is not healthy to loose so much weight in one week but certainly is possible. Also, regular exercise will help you in losing weight. You need to drink 2 or 3 liters of water every day and at least one bowl of cabbage soup every day.
