Occurrence of acne or pimples can happen in many times in your life, especially during hormone transitions, but in most cases they appear in puberty, and you can have them on your face, skin, neck etc. Cause of acne is an inflammation of skin, or excess natural oils in the skin caused by increased production of hormone Testosterone in the body, especially, during puberty.

Some Tips for Acne
Try to apply before bathing the mixture of honey, tomato pulp and rose water to your face, keep it for twenty minutes and then wash it off. You can also try regular yoga exercises; they can improve both your skin and overall health. Also drinking at least four pints of water daily is very important to maintain moisturized skin.
Try to avoid picking up the pimples, touching your face and keep your hair away from your face. You should also avoid using a make up, or at least a heavy make up.
