Epsom salts should be added in the bath water, two cups, and the blood circulation will be increased due to the magnesium in the Epsom salts. You should soak the feet in it until the water gets cold. Also, you can mix one lemon in a glass of warm water and make a good remedy. It helps with the calcium carbonate formation and affects the gout by killing the uric acid. Every day drink this mix. Try taking a mix on honey and apple cider vinegar. Enzymes in the cherries affect the uric acid, so it is good to eat from 8 to 10 cherries during the day. In order to avoid the problem, avoid foods like eggs, shellfish, fatty fish and red meat, since they are high in uric acid. Also, caffeine and alcohol should be avoided. If you are experiencing gout, diet change has to be made. You have to eat fruits, leafy vegetables, and complex carbohydrates, but remember to drink a lot of water.
