Lemon juice

People who drink real lemon juice with water will have a well balanced pH. pH definition is how acidic or basic a substance is. The proper pH of a body should be between 6.5 and 7.5. However, because of all the bad foods people eat, most people are very acidic. When people are overly acidic there is a potential danger of cancer because cancer cells grow more rapidly in such an environment and then the immune system will have more trouble killing them. Kefir is actually a milk that is fermented with kefir grains. This milk is a highly nutritious probiotic drink. People are aware of this drink for a very long period and have been consuming it to better the general health. Apart from fighting diseases, kefir is also good for the protection of cells from aging as well.

The best thing about kefir is that it has high amounts of probiotics. Apart from boosting the immune system, kefir has some other health benefits so people should consume it more often.

If a person does not want to consume any of the three given foods for a better immune system, he or she can always consume some supplements.
