Arthritis

Lifestyle

You may have to introduce some lifestyle changes if you were diagnosed with arthritis. Beside diet, you will have to exercise regularly in order to increase the strength of the muscles. Strong muscles will protect your joints and prevent fatigue. Your exercises may include swimming, aerobics, thai chi or just brisk walks in the park. You should spend some more time in the sun because sunlight is an excellent source of vitamin D.
