Problems and diseases that usually occur later in the life, like high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, asthma or allergies are usually considered a sign that “a person is simply getting old”. However, these diseases, and other aging processes too, are simply a result of poor waste disposal systems and acid build-up is considered to be the most responsible.
The aging process
To put it simply, people get old because they do not dispose of all the accumulated waste and toxins. Human body burns nutrients from food in order to function and to maintain body temperature. All the nutrients are essentially composed from carbohydrates, proteins and fat. And those are just combination of four elements: carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen.
As the nutrients get burnt or oxidized, they all convert into organic acids. Acidic waste and toxins are expelled from the body in liquid form, meaning through urination or perspiration. However, due to the modern lifestyle, with overindulgence in food, alcohol, medications, fast food, lack of physical activity, stress, pollution and other factors, the body simply cannot get rid of all the acidic waste, and some of it is bound to be stored somewhere in the body.
What is worse, people get a lot of inorganic acid minerals like chlorine, phosphor and sulfur through their diet too, and they do not get enough inorganic alkaline minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and others. This leads to aging, which can be converted by introducing more alkaline food sources in the diet.
In order to neutralize acidity of the body, one simply needs to create balance by increasing alkalinity. Healthy cells must maintain a slightly alkaline pH level in order to stay healthy. This is because the build-up of acidic waste sometimes becomes so great it starts to damage the surrounding cells. For example, cancer cells are acidic and they need acidic environment in order to grow.
In order to convert aging process and achieve anti-aging effects, the body needs to get rid of old, accumulated waste. The reverse aging is a process that has two steps. One is to develop a functioning waste disposal system and the other is to pull old waste from its hiding places.
Waste disposal is done through urine and perspiration. This is why people are advised to drink plenty of water, regardless of the type of water. However, it is far more effective to drink just four glasses of alkaline water a day, than to gulp eight glasses of plain tap water. Alkaline water can be obtained with ionizers, that split alkaline and acid minerals. water obtained that way has twice the amount of alkaline minerals and no acid minerals at all.
Increasing the intake of alkaline foods will slightly change the pH levels and make more alkaline environment, which will contribute to the waste disposal and help pull out accumulated toxins. Such foods include fresh fruit and vegetables, especially raw green vegetables, vegetable juice, fresh fruit juice, roots, nuts and legumes. Grains, flour, meat and fish products are all considered highly acidic. Some vegetables, like potatoes, eggplants and tomatoes are alkaline with their peel on, if they are peeled, they become acidic.
