Gastritis

Gastritis usually occurs when there is swelling in the inner parts of the stomach. Nausea, diarrhea, bad breath and belching are other symptoms that point to gastritis.

It is best if a person takes certain preventive measures in the early stages of cramping.
Drinking a lot of fluids and consuming more fibrous foods is always good.
When suffering from cramps a person should make sure that he or she avoids stress and anxiety.
A healthy diet and regular exercises also contribute to the treatment and prevention of stomach cramps.
