Physical fitness in heart disease
Exercise is vital to the maintenance of a healthy heart. However, it is also important for one to maintain a balanced diet in conjunction with physical exercise in order to ensure that ones heart remains healthy. Stretching should be considered to be an important component in both the warm up and cool down phases of an exercise regime. This should help one to avoid injury.
