Other potential causes for the occurrence of legs ache and tingle are multiple sclerosis and the tumors in the nerves. Furthermore, many medications have this condition as a potential side effect.

Treatments of legs ache and tingle

Before going to a doctor, there are various things that can be first done at home in order to cure this condition. Many experts recommend that the person with this problem should apply ice packs for about 10 minutes on the affected area on the legs. Furthermore, the leg massage is also highly recommended in order to relieve the ache and tingling. Applying the heat in the form of hot water bag on the affected area is also advisable, since it can be very effective.
