Jasmine essentialoil is extracted from the jasmine flowers, coming mostly from Common Jasmine (JasminumOfficinale) and, to some extent, Royal Jasmine (Jasminum Grandiflora).

The oilcontains Benzoic Acid, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl Acetate, Benzyl Alcohol, Indole,Benzyl Benzoate, Cis-3-Hexenyl Benzoate, Cis-Jasmone, Ceosol, Eugenol,Farnesol, Geraniol, Linalool, Methyl Anthranilate, P-Cresol, Nerol, GammaTerpineol, Nerolidol, Isohytol, Phytol etc.

Jasmine oil esessential in used for its anti-depressant, anti-septic, anti spasmodic, aphrodisiac, anti-scar,expectorant and sedative and uterine properties, as well as the help withbreastfeeding or menstrual problems.
