You should know that you benefit from soft UVB rays, since these trigger the production of vitamin D in your organism. Therefore, you might enjoy using a tanning bed, or spending time under the sun. However, you still need to be very careful and do this in moderation, preventing any damage to your skin in the process.

Finally, start with weaker tanning beds once you engage your tanning endeavor. Later, you might gradually move on to stronger radiation.
