Types of food for breakfast
As it is explained above, this diet should contain 600 calories. This does not mean that it is allowed to indulge in extra-greasy and super-sugary foods. The breakfast should comprise of healthy foods like fresh fruit and fruit juices, salads, whole grain cereal or bread, dairy products such as skimmed milk and low-fat yogurt and cheese, protein from hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter, nuts, lean meat, especially poultry, and fish. It is best to have breakfast at home, using healthy ingredients, instead of eating fast food on the way to work.
