Big and firm breasts
Estrogens are responsible for the natural growth of breasts in women during puberty and the size, shape and fullness of the breasts of a woman depend on the production of this hormone. Smaller and less developed breasts are the result of the lower levels of estrogens. The production of these hormones decreases gradually as a woman gets older, and because of that the breasts are no more firm and beautiful.
There are certain herbs that can be very effective in stimulating the body to produce more estrogen. They are called phytoestrogens and have natural estrogenic properties. Due to these herbs, the growth of breast tissue is stimulated and, as a result of that, the breasts are firmer, fuller and larger.
