Coconut milk does not contain anycholesterol, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, beta carotene or lutein zeaxanthin.

Selection and storage

One should always opt for fresh coconuts instead of cannedcoconut water because it contains certain preservatives and it has a loweramount of precious nutrients. Coconut water can be stored in the refrigerator.It should be consumed without any additions. It is perfectly safe forconsumption.
