Secondly, you need to stay physically active. Exercising regularly expels toxins from your body, keeping your skin healthy in the process. Your hormonal processes will be regulated better and your body will get more oxygen. The positive aspect of exercising is clearly visible on one's skin, which will be tighter due to the greater muscles you will have.

Smoking is something you do not want to do if you desire a healthy, tight skin. It constricts the blood vessels, making it hard for your skin to get all the nutrients it needs. Thus, in time, due to smoking, the skin loses its elasticity.

Next, you need to be careful about what you eat. You need minerals and vitamins which are best to be obtained from strawberries, blackberries, corn, egg yolks, hearts or artichokes, flaxseed, water, broccoli and other dark-green-colored, leafy vegetables.
