There are some plants that are recommended to people with the problem of infertility.

Valerian

In addition to alleviating digestive problems, Valerian improves ovarian function and regulates menstrual cycle.

Lady's Mantle

It acts as astringent and relaxes cramps (spasmolytic) so it is recommended for painful menstruation with heavy bleeding. In the treatment of infertility in women, drinking lady’s mantle tea helps the thickening of the endometrium.

Green Tea - Unfermented Leaves

Recent studies have shown that green tea affect fertility. Women who regularly take only one cup of green tea per day significantly increase the ability to become pregnant.

Ginseng

It contains substances which are very similar to human hormones by their chemical composition. Ginseng promotes the formation and acceleration of sperm, and should be taken 100-150mg of Ginseng for at least 2 months, 2 times per day.

Wild Pepper

Since, it balances hormones - estrogen and progesterone, wild pepper effects on female reproductive system and fertility. American research has shown that about 30% of women taking wild pepper capsules or tincture became pregnant in several months.

Sage – Leaf

Besides it prevents cancer of the uterus, sage is recommended to couples for treating infertility. It is not advisable to drink large amounts of tea during pregnancy and breastfeeding, while the use of pure essential oil and tincture is prohibited.

Black Cumin

Black cumin is considered as a good aphrodisiac in the Far East from ancient times. Among a wide range of medicinal effects, black cumin helps with underdeveloped or sagging uterus, painful periods and infertility.

Folic acid

Vitamin A

This vitamin strengthens the immune system, protects against infections and it is a powerful antioxidant. It is important for the reproductive system, and in men vitamin A is necessary for the production of sperm. Because of that many alcoholics suffer from infertility because alcohol does not allow conversion of provitamin A in its active form in the testicles.

Vitamin C

In addition to acting as an antioxidant and protecting sex cells from damaging, vitamin C is very important for normal functioning of adrenal gland and the secretion of hormones that stimulate the testicles and ovaries to produce sex cells.

Vitamin E

It encourages the production of adrenal gland hormones and secretion of sex hormones and gonadotropin - pituitary hormone that directly affects sexual glands. Also, vitamin E protects sex cells from damage caused by free radicals and thus positively effects on infertility in both sexes.

Zinc

It is an integral part of sex hormones and is required for proper functioning of sex glands and maturation of ovocytes. Even a small shortage of zinc can cause slow maturation of sex cells and infertility, and in men sexual impotence.

Iron

Infertility in women can be caused by lack of iron. It is necessary for the production of ovocytes and ovulation.

Essential Amino Acids

They are the basis for the production of prostaglandins - chemicals that resemble sex hormones and stimulate and control the production of sex cells. Studies have shown that their absence can lead to infertility.

Carnitine

This is an amino acid that is composed of two essential amino acids: lysine and methionine. Together with the B-complex vitamins, carnitine facilitates the creation, maturation and sperm mobility, and enhances sexual power.
