Oils rich in omega3 fatty acids should be used as theintegral part of your dishes, as well as the food that contain this oil. Olive oil,safflower oil, but also walnut oil (and walnuts), flax seeds and oil and eveningprimrose oil are recommended. There is also various food containing highamounts of omega3 fatty acids, highly appreciated for it in endometriosispatients (and others, also). These are: tuna, salmon, halibut, brown rice,whole grains, oatmeal, beans and winter squash.

Endometriosis and Food to Avoid
Refined carbohydrates, sugar, honey, chocolate, wheat, soyand eggs must be avoided if you want to feel better when suffering from endometriosis.Alcohol and caffeine are also not advised.
The main causes of the pain in this medical condition areprostaglandins, substances in the body derived from the fatty food you eatevery day. So, you should remember to cut down the fat you are taking with yourfood. For this reason, you should avoid fried food, hydrogenated fats, meat andall animal products.
Dairy products, butter, coconut oil, palm oil and even cocoabutter should not be used, since they all contain the fatty oils and promotethe production of prostaglandins.
