Proper coping with stress can be very effective as preventive measure not only for erectile dysfunction but also for many other problems.

The person is supposed to cherish healthy lifestyle choices and try to manage any existing health problem he is suffering from. Regular checkups and consultation with health care provider are essential. Relaxation techniques can be perfect tool in coping with stress, depression and anxiety. And finally, even if the problem occurs one should not worry since there are effective treatments available.
