Vitamin B5 is a water soluble vitamin also known under the name pantothenic acid. It can be found in many foods (eggs, meats, corn, fresh vegetables, peanuts etc.). The vitamin is commercially available as D-Calcium Pantothenate.

Vitamin B5 is very important when it comes to metabolism and it also gives proper support to the skin.
