Training requirements

All athletes require plenty of good and healthy food, plenty of sleep and rest, plenty of water and a carefully planned training plan. Green tea is a natural herbal supplement with an endless list of health benefits. It is very efficient in reducing cholesterol, reducing fat absorption, boosting the metabolism, reducing the risk of cancer and it also has potent antioxidant properties. Creatineand icariin are the two most commonly used supplements when it comes to boosting the overall strength.
